Custom & Bulk Orders

Artwork & Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, print-ready artwork.
Box Whisperer is not liable for errors in artwork approved by the customer.
Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible.
We do not claim ownership of customer-provided designs or logos.
Production & Turnaround Time
Standard products are dispatched as per availability.
Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days after proof approval, unless otherwise communicated.
Timelines may vary due to order volume, material availability, or external factors.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
Box Whisperer is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Risk of damage transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Products
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with images.
Custom Orders
Custom and printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after artwork approval.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, text, and branding belong to Box Whisperer.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without written permission.
User Conduct
